Instagram 1- Australian artist, hand drawn art, karinajambrak
Instagram seems to be very effective for them. They have 32k followers and get many comments on each of them. Some hashtags they use are #travel #design #naturephotography and #jungalowstyle. The hashtags definitely vary in popularity and I listed them in order from highest to lowest. These hashtags definitely relate to their business. I think their hashtags are effective in gaining viewers and customers to the page. I think they are doing a great job using Instagram and post in ways that really engage the audience which I can adapt in my own business. Some hashtags that may work well for me are #nature #jungalow and #macrame.
Instagram 2- Artist, macrame, holmmademacrame
Instagram looks to be effective for them. They use hashtags including #macrame #cottoncord and #colorfulrainbow. Macrame was the most popular hashtag I viewed and the ones they used definitely vary in popularity. The hashtags describe the business very well and relate to the photos. I think the hashtags are effective. I think posting how-to videos like theirs would help me grow my Instagram. Some hashtags I found that would work for my business include #macrame #cottoncord and #colorfulrainbow.
Instagram 3- Artist, macrame, ashley.neelands
Instagram is not fully effective for them but I'm sure with a few adjustments would definitely take off! They don't use many hashtags but a few I see are #macramdebyashley and #femaleentrepreneurs. Femaleentreprenuer is a very popular hashtag while the other is a personalized one. The hashtags relate but they could see a lot of improvement by adding some hashtags to every photo. Something I can do that this account has is adding some personal posts here and there to make sure the audience knows the person behind the business. A hashtag that may work well for me is #femaleentrepreneur.
Instagram 4- Home decor, thejungalow
Instagram looks very effective for them. Some hashtags used are #jungalow #sharethejungalove and #bohohome. Jungalow is a popular hashtag and sharethelove is not. The hashtags relate but I know there are many more that relate to their posts that they can use. They pay attention to small details in their photos to make it aesthetically pleasing which is something I plan to use myself for my Instagram. Some hashtags that may work well for me are #jungalow and #bohohome.
