w3 p1 - aesthetic

On http://artcenter.org/, there are a few things I noticed that could be potential problems for visitors on the site. Overall the appearance is not very inciting and doesn't grab attention easily. That is not ideal when trying to gain customers or visitors. Another issue is I think the menu categories can be a bit too much and could have been grouped in a few less groupings so that a visitor of the site can be exposed to more information easier. Lastly, if one where to be interested in booking a wedding here, I think that page can include more information up front rather than needing to contact to get any information.

On http://jamilin.com/, I noticed that the site is very chaotic and does not have ideal organization. It would be good to make each category more streamlined and easy to bring attention to. Another thing I noticed is the color options the website are poor including an intense blue, black, and red scattered randomly throughout the site. The colors should complement each other and be specific to a type of information. Overall, the site has random advertisements, click-bait looking articles, and looks as though the person who made it has no idea what they were doing when building a website.

On http://apple.com, it gives a sense of high end exclusivity of the brand which definitely appeals immediately to a visitor. The background and text is good contrast with dark grey and white as well as adding an attention-grabbing blue on the links for 'buy' and 'learn more'. The font is east to read with all the titles and descriptions in proper sizes. The design and branding makes for a great impression on me when viewing the website and peaks interest in their latest products that are usually on the homepage.

On https://www.nps.gov/, the information on the homepage leads you right where you intend to go. The organization is simple and effective, perfect for a site to reach their visitors. Their menu and search brings you to the correct state or park you are interested in while also allowing you to explore others. This allows exposure to other places the site visitor may not have even known of. Lastly, the site includes many calls to action which shows just what the site is all about making for an effective viewing by the visitor.
