It seems that they have a huge customer base and appeal to a more beginner. Rancho Vista Nursery is a single location here in San Diego that specializes in cacti and succulents. Their customers are more niche whereas Armstrong serves many. Rancho Vista Nursery is a local business that definitely appeals to many who want a more personal experience and not a "big-box" store for their garden. Rancho Vista Nursery designed their website to appeal more "organic" while Armstrong Garden Centers' website reminds me more of Walmart. The overall tone of Rancho Vista Nursery's website is more appealing in my opinion due to the natural colors, font, and background choice.
