When it comes to social media, I feel that there is a lot of variety of types of platforms so everyone is able to decide which they prefer most. I personally think that Facebook is geared mostly towards personal use, but lately has definitely gained a lot of functions for business use as well. I think Facebook is great for personal use because how user friendly it is and the simplicity of posting a status or an album of photos to update your friends and family what you are doing.

Instagram is my personal favorite when it comes to social media, but I believe that over the years, it has become the most suitable for business use. I mainly say this because of the opportunity it gives you in regard to audience. There are so many ways to target an audience and gauge exactly what demographic is seeing your posts. I think nowadays how businesses are using sponsored posts and influencers is the most direct way to reach an audience  instantly.

Instagram is definitely the most ideal for both personal and business use. The app even lets you have the accounts be connected on the app so that you never need to log out and into the other. The format of Instagram is great and allows you to connect with so many people and brands.
